Popular Actress Omotola Blasts Ambode, Buhari Over Death of Electrocuted UNILAG Student in Lagos


Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde is unhappy with the response of government to the unfortunate death of a student of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Oluchi Anekwe.
She called out the Governor Akinwunmi Ambode led Lagos State government and the Federal govt led by President Muhammadu Buhari on Twitter.
A Nigerian student is electrocuted and No statement from both state and federal government? Do #nigerianlives matter? How is there #change when this govt can’t show its people they are valued? who do they work for? cattles? aliens?#Negligence  #lackofrespect”
Oluchi died by electrocution when a high tension wire fell on her according to eyewitness reports in the higher institution. She was a first class, 300-level student of Accounting.
